The IWC Pilot IW3878-04 is a 43mm stainless steel chronograph with a 20mm lug width, featuring the in-house IWC caliber 89365 automatic movement with flyback function, date display, and small seconds. The black dial with white indices and skeletonized hands follows functional design principles derived from Luftwaffe-era pilot watches. This model represents the evolution of German aviation watchmaking through Swiss manufacture.
