No, the bracelet is integrated into the case with a proprietary lug system. A commercial strap won't attach. What I do is build the strap directly onto the case geometry, measurement by measurement, here in the atelier.

It depends on the leather and how you treat it. Tuscan leather properly cared for lasts 5-7 years of daily wear, then ages with grace — stains, marks, patina are the strap's history. Premium NATO lasts longer and is more durable. Either way, maintenance is minimal: dust it off, hydrate the leather twice a year, avoid salt water.

Kikuo Ibe set the standard in 1983, and the GA-110 preserves that obsession: impact resistance, solid resin, design that never betrays function. I don't get swept up in slogans, but the case is built to last. Your bespoke strap must meet that same pace, and I handle it personally in the atelier.
