Which leather do you recommend for the G-Shock GA-100?
I favour Tuscan vegetable-tanned leather. This watch has a sports-and-steel soul—natural leather ages beautifully, develops patina, and speaks perfectly with the resin and Japanese engineering. It's warm where the G-Shock is hard.
How long does a well-made strap last?
With ordinary care, 3–5 years of daily wear without trouble. The leather keeps improving: it softens, darkens, tells your wrist's story. Light cleaning now and then, and avoid standing moisture—that's enough.
