Remove the watch from your wrist. Using a spring bar tool, gently compress the spring bar by inserting the tip into its recess. Lift the front end of the strap and slide the bar out of its seat. Repeat on the opposite side. To install a new strap, insert the spring bar into the lower seat and, whilst pressing with the tool, lower the bar until it clicks securely into place. Verify it sits symmetrically.
