There is no universal choice, but rather a decision based on your context and lifestyle. To change the strap: 1) Obtain a spring bar tool or similar implement; 2) Position the watch with the lugs facing upwards; 3) Gently press the spring bar from underneath the lug until the small internal support retracts; 4) Remove the old strap; 5) Insert the new strap ensuring the spring bar is aligned with the holes; 6) Release pressure and verify the spring bar is securely seated.
