The Reine de Naples was introduced by Breguet in 2002 as a reinterpretation of the wristwatch created for the Queen of Naples in 1810. The model features the automatic Breguet 591C caliber with hour and minute indication. The case has a characteristic oval shape with the crown positioned at 4 o'clock.
