The Reine de Naples 8918 Rose Gold features an asymmetrical oval case in 18k rose gold with a champagne mother-of-pearl guilloché dial set with diamonds. Originally created in 1810 for Carolina Murat, Queen of Naples, this timepiece represents the first wristwatch in history. The bespoke strap attachment requires custom craftsmanship to accommodate the case's elliptical geometry and integrated lugs.
