The Breguet Héritage 5400BR/12/9V6 is a 35mm chronograph in 18-karat rose gold featuring the Breguet 550/1 column-wheel movement. The manually hand-guilloché dial in the signature barleycorn pattern combines with Cartier-style Arabic numerals and blued pomme hands, displaying hours, minutes, small seconds at 9 o'clock, and date. The 18mm lug width reflects the watch's refined proportions and formal character, requiring straps with heel thickness not exceeding 4.5mm for proper fit.
