Use a dedicated spring bar tool (featuring two curved extremities) to compress the internal hook of the bar and gently extract it from the seat. Once the bar is removed, the strap is freed. Insert the new strap into the opposite seat, then reintroduce the bar by compressing the hook once more. The 23-millimetre lug width demands precise tolerances to ensure stability.
