No. The bracelet is integrated directly into the white gold case: there are no standard lugs to which an off-the-shelf strap can be attached. The only viable solution is to build bespoke attachments from scratch, working from the actual case. That is precisely what I do in the atelier.

I work by appointment only at <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>, at Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan. I bring the watch to the bench, take measurements directly from the case, and shape the attachments by hand until the integration is seamless and invisible. There is no template: every piece is built from nothing, on that specific watch.

For a watch with such a classical and restrained character, my choice is naturally aged Barenia. It is a leather that improves over time, developing a warm and personal patina that works beautifully with the purity of white gold without overwhelming it. Hand-dyed Mississippi alligator is the alternative for those who want more visual structure, always respecting the slim proportions of the case.

With a quality leather and minimal care — keeping it away from water, letting it breathe between wears — I comfortably reach eight to ten years of useful life. Barenia in particular does not degrade: it patinas, softens, and grows more beautiful with time. An industrial strap breaks; one made properly tells the story of years well spent.

It is the opposite face of the Royal Oak: no geometric boldness, no brushed steel. The Le Brassus manufacture built the Jules Audemars as a tribute to the classical tradition of fine Swiss watchmaking. The finely chiselled bezel and the slim case architecture speak of an approach where proportion and restraint matter more than any visual statement. I have seen very few watches that demand such respect for their original proportions.
