Launched in 2015, the Apple Watch Sport 38mm features a ceramic and aluminum case with Apple's proprietary slide-release attachment system. The watch requires specialized expertise for strap customization due to its unique locking mechanism and heart rate sensor integration. Atelier Casati Milano produces bespoke stainless steel adapters with micrometric tolerances to accommodate premium leather straps while maintaining full functionality.
