Integrated bracelet: measurements, the most common questions, and the way to a made-to-measure strap.
Integrated bracelet
The Zenith Defy Skyline 03.9300.3620/02.I001 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fit a standard strap on the Zenith Defy Skyline 03.9300.3620/02.I001?
No, the bracelet is integrated into the case — there's no standard lug where you'd thread a strap. I've seen many owners attempt workarounds: they don't work. The only proper solution is to have a strap built bespoke directly in the atelier, where I shape the continuity between leather and case in keeping with Zenith's geometry.
How does the bespoke strap work for the Defy Skyline?
Everything is made at Casati Milano, by appointment only. You arrive with the watch, I take measurements directly from the case — width, angles, depth of every detail. I return to the bench and shape the strap so it seats flush, no forcing, no gaps.
What leather would you recommend for this model?
I favour Mississippi Alligator. The Defy Skyline is bold in its geometry and sporty in spirit — it doesn't need softness; alligator gives it structure, echoes that same pursuit of formal purity. It ages well, holds its marks with grace. If you want something more robust, Tuscan leather is the right choice.
How long does a well-made strap last?
A genuine leather strap, built with care, lasts between 5 and 10 years of daily wear. It depends on how you treat it: avoid standing moisture, dry it if it gets wet, wipe it down occasionally. Leather ages, develops patina, but doesn't break — it transforms. When the time comes, I make you another.
Why does the Defy Skyline have an integrated bracelet in the case?
It's a design choice by Zenith: the bracelet fused to the case creates that faceted geometry you see. It's not manufacturing convenience, it's research. Zenith pursued this path from 1969 with the original Defy. It means the strap is not an accessory but must engage in architectural dialogue with the case — which is why atelier work is essential.
