Frequently asked questions

Can you fit a standard strap on the TAG Heuer Link CAT2110.BA0952?

No, the bracelet is integrated directly into the case and has no standard lugs. A standard strap won't attach. I build custom straps directly onto your watch here in the atelier.

How does the custom strap work for the TAG Heuer Link?

We work by appointment only at <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>, Via XX Settembre 15. I take measurements directly from the case, millimetre by millimetre. Every terminal is hand-modelled to integrate smoothly with the original geometry.

What leather do you recommend for this model?

I prefer Mississippi Alligator for the Link. Its natural structure respects the watch's sporty character and ages with elegance whilst standing up to daily wear without compromise. Vegetable-tanned Tuscan leather is the choice if you want something rawer and more textured.

How long does a well-made strap last?

With the leathers from my reserve and crafted construction, at least 8-10 years of regular use. Durability depends on care: avoid standing water, dry it after sweat, treat it occasionally with natural wax. Leather ages, it develops patina, it tells the story of time. That's how it should be.

Why does the Link have an integrated bracelet?

It's the DNA of this watch: the "S" links aren't stitching, they're architecture. Designed in the '90s to wrap the wrist as a single structure. This formal continuity is what makes it different. Changing it requires mastery, not improvisation.

The next step

The right strap isn't chosen. It is built, together.

From the atelier appointment to delivery, every step is made for those who know that things done well take time. Rare leathers, one piece at a time, eighteen months of warranty.
