No. The bracelet is integrated into the case with a proprietary attachment system: a standard strap simply cannot connect — it is physically impossible. Every strap for this model is made to measure, directly on the watch, in the atelier.

I work exclusively through <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>, by appointment only, at Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan. You bring the watch: I take the measurements from the actual case, not from drawings. Only that way can I respect the profiles of the cushion-shaped case and ensure the attachment is precise to the millimetre.

For a watch with this character — sporty in its architecture, formal in its material — I choose matte-finish Mississippi alligator. It holds the dual nature of the Cubitus without overwhelming it. I avoid glossy leathers: on platinum they tire quickly.

A strap made from selected leather and hand-stitched easily lasts five or six years of regular wear. With proper care — away from water, a little neutral cream now and then — it ages well and gains character. I have straps that left my bench years ago and still wear beautifully.

It is the first cushion-case sports-elegant collection the manufacture has ever produced, presented in 2024. Patek had always defended the round case as its central identity: the Cubitus is a deliberate architectural choice, not an update. The movement featuring jumping hours and small seconds at six o'clock adds a further statement of intent.
