The lug width is 16mm. This measurement is taken between the two spring bars that secure the strap to the case lugs. The tolerance range is very tight: 16mm ± 0.2mm, to ensure a perfect fit without play. You can verify it by gently extracting one of the spring bars using a dedicated tool.

The recommended materials are dark brown alligator with polished finish, vegetable-tanned calf leather for a delicate texture, or rubber with calf leather inserts for a contemporary interpretation. Avoid NATO straps or fabrics, which would visually overburden the minimalist proportions of the case.

Use a dedicated spring bar tool for extraction. Position the watch on a clean surface. Insert the tool into the small hole on the side of the spring bar, apply gentle pressure to compress the internal spring, then extract the bar. Repeat for both lugs.
