Strap for Horological Machine N°8 HM8 Mark 2 Titanium / White
Integrated bracelet: measurements, the most common questions, and the way to a made-to-measure strap.
Integrated bracelet
The MB&F Horological Machines 82.TL.W is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fit a standard strap onto the MB&F Horological Machines 82.TL.W?
No. The bracelet is integrated into the case — there's no conventional lug where a standard strap can attach. I've seen many owners attempt workarounds. It doesn't work. The only sensible path is to work with someone who understands this machine's geometry: I craft a bespoke strap here in the atelier, modelled directly onto your case.
How does the bespoke strap process work for the HM8?
I work by appointment only at Casati Milano. I take measurements directly from your case, study the proprietary lugs, and craft a strap that integrates flawlessly without betraying the original design's radicality. It's proper tailoring, no compromise.
Which leather would you recommend for this model?
I favour aerospace-treated calf — the same logic as the titanium and CarbonMacrolon. It has the solidity that respects the HM8's racing character, ages with authentic patina without loosening, and dialogues with the case materials without being overwhelmed. It's elegance that smells of engine.
How long does a well-made strap last?
With conscious wear, 5–7 years without issue. It depends on how you treat it: leather should dry if exposed to rain, be shielded from excessive sweat, rest when the watch isn't on your wrist. It ages as it should — develops a patina that tells time, doesn't crumble.
Why the atelier for such a radical machine?
Because the HM8 is sculpture before it's a watch — every detail matters. An off-the-shelf strap betrays the freedom of the case's design. The right tool to integrate with this complexity is the hand of someone who's worked at the bench for years, not a catalogue. Here, we understand it.
The next step
The right strap isn't chosen. It is built, together.
From the atelier appointment to delivery, every step is made for those who know that things done well take time. Rare leathers, one piece at a time, eighteen months of warranty.
