Use a spring bar tool. Position the watch on a soft surface, locate the small lateral hole of the lug, insert the tool to slightly compress the internal pin and slide it outward. Repeat for both lugs. To fit the new strap, align the strap holes with the lugs and press the pin until it clicks into place. If unsure, consult a jeweller or the Casati Milano atelier.
