The Ingenieur IW3808-CT (aka: IW3808CT), seen from the bench

The IWC Ingenieur IW3808-CT is a red gold chronograph watch from the iconic Ingenieur collection, originally created in 1955 for engineers and scientists requiring precision in magnetically interfering environments. This 42.30mm case features an internal Faraday cage for magnetic protection, a column-wheel chronograph movement (IWC caliber 69375), and an integrated bracelet designed by Gerald Genta. Water resistance extends to 60 metres, with hours, minutes, small seconds, and date complications. The 20mm lug width accommodates alternative straps that complement the rose gold's warm patina.
