Integrated bracelet
The De Bethune DB25 DB25QPAPS2 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fit a standard strap on the De Bethune DB25 Perpetual Calendar?
No, the bracelet is integrated into the case and does not accept conventional straps. The attachment is part of the watch's architecture. What I do at Atelier Casati Milano is create a bespoke strap, studied directly on your case, that adapts to the DB25's specific geometry.
How does the bespoke strap work for the DB25 Perpetual Calendar?
I work by appointment only at Casati Milano, Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan. I take measurements directly from your case, study the lugs, and hand-stitch the strap to fit your wrist and your watch. No compromise, no off-the-shelf model.
Which leather do you recommend for this watch?
I prefer Mississippi Alligator with large scales: it has the same architectural boldness as the case, a solidity that endures. If you want something warmer, vegetable-tanned Tuscan leather ages beautifully with you, developing its own patina. Barenia is the third option—elegant and resilient.
How long does a hand-made strap last?
It depends on how you treat it. One built properly, with hand-stitching and quality leather, lasts me 8–12 years with regular wear. Leather improves with age: it absorbs moisture, develops a unique patina. If you care for it—occasional conditioning, no hot water—it ages as it should.
Why does the DB25 have such a distinctive case shape?
De Bethune chose bold geometry, almost uncompromising: it's a case that speaks to function and design courage. The perpetual calendar demands complex construction, and this form respects that internal logic. That's why a strap can't be improvised—it must dialogue with this constructive intelligence, not fight it.
