No, the bracelet is integrated directly into the resin case. The attachment is proprietary Casio and a commercial strap won't fit. What I do in the atelier is build a completely bespoke strap directly on your case.

With quality leather and proper care, 5-7 years of steady daily wear. Lifespan depends on how you live with it: constant sun or salt water ages it faster, but beautifully. Good leather is made to wear — it's its own language.
