Integrated bracelet: measurements, the most common questions, and the way to a made-to-measure strap.

Integrated bracelet

The Bulgari Serpenti 101911 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

The Serpenti 101911, seen from the bench

The Serpenti represents one of Bulgari's distinctive collections, characterized by a spiral design that evokes the shape of a snake. The watch is powered by the Bulgari B033 quartz caliber with hour and minute indication. The 101911 reference follows the traditional enveloping case-bracelet aesthetic typical of the line.

Frequently asked questions

Can you fit a standard strap on the Bulgari Serpenti 101911?

No, the bracelet is integrated into the case — there's no standard lug where you can thread a strap. Owners come to me at the atelier because I've learned to build the strap directly onto the geometry of the case, measurement by measurement.

How does the bespoke strap work for the Serpenti?

I work by appointment only at Casati Milano. I bring the watch, take measurements of the case attachment, and build the strap from there. It's true craftsmanship: every step is tied to that wrist and that watch.

Which leather do you recommend for the Bulgari Serpenti?

I prefer Mississippi alligator for this model. The Serpenti has both a sensual and architectural character — alligator skin speaks naturally to that metal sculpture, with a durability that deserves a watch built this way. It ages beautifully.

How long does a well-made strap last?

With care, 8–12 years of regular wear. The leather ages, changes colour, develops a patina that tells time. A strap isn't finished when it wears — it often gets repaired or refinished. It depends on how you treat it and how much you love that watch.

Why is the Serpenti so complex to fit with a strap?

Because the tubular bracelet isn't just aesthetic — it's part of the structure. When I remove the original bracelet, the case reveals a geometry that demands a solution that isn't a compromise. That's why in the atelier I study every millimetre: the strap must breathe with Bulgari's design, not diminish it.

The next step

The right strap isn't chosen. It is built, together.

From the atelier appointment to delivery, every step is made for those who know that things done well take time. Rare leathers, one piece at a time, eighteen months of warranty.
