No. The bracelet is integrated into the titanium case — it's not removable. Bulgari's proprietary lugs don't accept a conventional strap. What I do in the atelier is build an entirely bespoke strap, shaped to the unique geometry of your case.

We work by appointment only at <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>. I come and take measurements directly from your case — I study the lugs, the curve of the original bracelet, the lug height. From there I hand-craft the strap, ensuring a perfect integration with your titanium case.

For the Octo, I prefer naturally aged Barenia. This watch has both a sporty and geometric character — Barenia develops a patina that dialogues well with titanium, without competing with it. Over time, the leather gains depth. Brunished Mississippi Alligator works if you're after a more formal elegance.

With daily wear and minimal care — cleaning it occasionally, keeping it away from extreme moisture — an artisanal strap in quality leather lives 5-7 years, sometimes longer. The leather ages, develops character, patinas. When the time comes, I repair it or rebuild it.

It's a deliberate design choice. Bulgari wanted the bracelet to be part of the octagonal architecture — not an addition, but an extension of the case's geometry. In titanium, it creates a coherent, almost sculptural object. A bespoke strap respects that vision.
