No. The bracelet is integrated into the case structure itself: there are no standard lugs to attach an off-the-shelf strap. This is a design constraint, not a limitation. In my atelier I build the attachment directly on the watch, entirely bespoke.

I work exclusively through <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>, by appointment only, at Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan. I bring the watch to the bench, take measurements directly from the real case, and build every component of the attachment by hand. There are no templates: each piece is born from that specific watch.

For a case in black ceramic, white gold and diamonds, I go without hesitation to glossy alligator in black or midnight blue. The character of the watch is sporting but overtly refined, and alligator holds that tension better than any other leather. I would steer clear of anything too casual: it would clash with the geometry of the case.

With daily care — keeping it away from prolonged water exposure, letting it dry if it gets wet, conditioning the leather twice a year — I easily reach seven to ten years of regular wear. Quality leather does not deteriorate: it transforms. It develops a patina that tells the story of time spent on the wrist, and to me that is the most honest thing about a strap.

The faceted ceramic geometry and the octagonal bracelet attachment leave no room for approximation. Every plane of the case has a precise angle, and the strap attachment must respect it to avoid breaking the visual logic of Gérald Genta's original design. I have seen poorly fitted straps on similar watches: you notice immediately, and it is painful to look at.
