Integrated bracelet
The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore 26405CG.OO.A004CA.01 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can a strap be fitted to the Royal Oak Offshore 26405CG.OO.A004CA.01?
The bracelet is integrated directly into the case: a standard strap has no way of attaching. There are no universal adapters that work reliably on this lug system. In the atelier I build the strap to measure, working on the physical watch, terminal by terminal.
How does the bespoke strap service work for this model?
I work through Casati Milano, by appointment only, at Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan. I bring the watch to the bench, take measurements directly from the case, and shape each terminal by hand until the fit is seamless. I do not work from photographs or declared measurements: the watch must be present.
Which leather would I recommend for this Royal Oak Offshore?
I prefer large-scale Mississippi Alligator, natural finish, not lacquered. The brushed titanium and black ceramic have a raw, dry texture: a leather with visible character holds its own without disappearing against them. Vegetable-tanned Tuscan leather is my second choice, for anyone who wants something that ages in an even more personal way over time.
How long does a well-made strap last on this type of watch?
With basic care — keeping it away from prolonged water exposure and conditioning the leather every few months — a well-built strap easily lasts five to seven years. I have seen aged Barenia reach ten years with a patina that tells every day of use. Longevity depends greatly on the leather chosen and how the strap is worn, not only on who made it.
What makes the Offshore architecturally different from the classic Royal Oak?
Gérald Genta had already established the language with the original Royal Oak. The Offshore is an amplification of that language: larger masses, more pronounced octagonal screws, a wrist presence that does not seek discretion. Titanium and ceramic are not aesthetic details — they are structural choices that alter the weight and the way the watch sits on the wrist. I have seen many sports watches over the years: this one has a design coherence you feel before you even look at it closely.
The next step
