No. The bracelet is integrated directly into the case: there are no standard lugs to attach a common strap. The octagonal architecture of the Offshore is designed as a single, unified piece. For this reason, every strap I make for this model is built to measure, shaped by hand on the watch itself.

I work exclusively through <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>, my atelier at Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan, by appointment only. I bring the watch to the bench, take measurements directly from the case and build each attachment by hand, adapted to the specific geometry of this model. It is not work that can be done remotely or from a technical data sheet.

For a watch that combines pink gold and titanium, I prefer a natural alligator tanned in warm tobacco brown — a shade that complements the pink metal without overpowering it. The fine grain of alligator holds up well against the sporting character of the Offshore, without tipping into the purely formal. It is the combination I have seen work best on this type of case.

A quality leather strap, properly cared for, easily lasts five, eight, even ten years. It depends on use and how it is treated: kept away from water, fed with the right products, allowed to breathe when not on the wrist. Leather changes over time — it takes on shape, colour, character. I do not call that wear: I call it memory.

The Offshore was born in 1993 as an answer for those who wanted something more muscular, more physical. Gérald Genta had designed the Royal Oak in 1972 to break the rules; the Offshore relaunched them with generous dimensions and a more pronounced technical attitude. This reference in pink gold and titanium holds two souls together: the warmth of a noble metal and the lightness of an aerospace material. I have seen few watches carry that tension as naturally as this one.
