I take the measurements directly from the pink gold case at the bench and build the attachment millimetre by millimetre, following the original curvature. The natural texture complements the Tapisserie motif on the case without competing with it. Alternatively, Barenia develops a warm patina over time that pairs well with the tone of pink gold.

A strap built from quality leather with solid stitching, worn regularly on a Royal Oak, lasts between five and eight years. Quality leather does not simply deteriorate — it changes, takes the shape of the wrist, develops character.
