The Royal Oak Repeater Supersonnerie Titanium ref. 26591TI features a brushed titanium case with integrated bracelet and eight hexagonal screws, designed by Gérald Genta in 1972. This Grade 5 titanium model is crafted with custom strap integration by Atelier Casati Milano, using premium leather from private reserves including Mississippi alligator and naturally aged Barenia to match the original architecture.
