Casati Milano's atelier operates through direct measurement of the proprietary attachment, taking precise measurements of every element of the case, and constructing the strap to dialogue perfectly with the watch's geometry. The process requires an in-atelier consultation, where we discuss materials, thicknesses, and finishes. The result is a unique strap, built for that specific watch.

This watch demands leathers that respect its contemporary audacity. We recommend vegetable-tanned leather with pronounced grain, irregular texture, and natural ageing capacity. For formal contrast, alligator and crocodile are excellent choices. Smooth, minimalist leathers would betray the aesthetic intentionality of the case.

A strap built with true craftsmanship, in selected leather and hand-sewn stitching, has a lifespan of 7–15 years with regular wear, depending on environmental exposure and maintenance. The beauty lies in the fact that the natural patina and ageing of the leather tell a visual story, rather than representing degradation. When needed, it can be regenerated or replaced.
