I favour technical leathers with pronounced texture or metallic finishes. This watch has a sporting, forward-looking character—the leather needs to speak the same language as that rigid titanium, to age visibly and breathe with your wrist. Nothing traditional here.

With proper care, between 4 and 6 years of regular wear. The leather patinas, the stitching settles—it all tells a story. I recommend gentle cleaning now and then, avoiding prolonged water exposure and letting it breathe. Quality leather improves over time, it doesn't decline.

Because the titanium case and exposed movement have a very deliberate vision, and a generic strap undermines it. I want the leather to converse with that architecture without compromise. At the bench, I understand how the geometry behaves on the wrist and build accordingly.
