Strap for Alpine Eagle 36 Stainless Steel / Blue
Integrated bracelet: measurements, the most common questions, and the way to a made-to-measure strap.
Integrated bracelet
The Chopard Alpine Eagle 298601-3001 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can a standard strap be fitted to the Chopard Alpine Eagle 298601-3001?
No, the bracelet is integrated directly into the case. A standard strap will not fit. What I do in the workshop is craft a bespoke strap tailored to the exact geometry of your Chopard case, hand-shaping the lugs for each individual watch.
How does the bespoke process work for this model?
We work exclusively at Casati Milano, by appointment only. I take measurements directly from your case, study the lug architecture, and build the strap so the integration is seamless. Every detail is calibrated to the millimetre.
Which leather would you recommend for the Alpine Eagle?
For this watch, I prefer Mississippi Alligator. The regular grain and robust structure reflect the model's alpine and sporty character without overwhelming the case's elegance. It ages with dignity, developing a patina that tells a story of use.
How long does a well-made strap last?
With a strap crafted in the workshop and maintained regularly, I have seen leather last 8–12 years of daily wear. Quality natural leather breathes and adapts to your wrist. The key is periodic cleaning and occasional rest — so the material doesn't tire out.
Why is the Alpine Eagle so different from other Chopard sports watches?
Because it was conceived as a tribute to the 1980 St. Moritz, featuring Lucent Steel A223 — a more refined steel than standard 316L — and a bracelet with texture recalling the eagle's iris. It is a monolithic architecture that demands respect: it brooks no compromise when you decide to change the strap.
The next step
