Integrated bracelet: measurements, the most common questions, and the way to a made-to-measure strap.
Integrated bracelet
The Chopard Alpine Eagle 298600-3015 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fit a standard strap on the Chopard Alpine Eagle 298600-3015?
No, the bracelet is integrated into the case — the lugs are not standard and a regular strap won't attach. To change the strap, I have to build it bespoke, directly on the watch in the atelier. That's the only way.
How does the bespoke strap work for this model?
I work with Casati Milano, by appointment only. I bring the Alpine Eagle to the bench, measure the case millimetre by millimetre — every curve, every angle — and craft the lugs and strap by hand so they fit perfectly to your watch.
Which leather do I recommend for the Alpine Eagle?
I prefer Tuscan vegetable-tanned leather: it's robust, it breathes, it ages beautifully. This model was born for dynamism — the leather needs to accompany it, not resist it. Barenia works just as well, softer from the start, for those who want immediate comfort.
How long does a well-made strap last?
It depends on wear and care. Good Tuscan leather lives 5–8 years, often longer, if you don't let it rot during long rains. The leather ages, develops patina, darkens — it's beautiful. To extend its life, I dry it and let it breathe when it gets wet.
Why does the Alpine Eagle require this bespoke work?
The integrated architecture of this model — the lugs that fade into the 41mm case — tolerates no compromise. Chopard designed it as one piece. Building a strap that speaks to that design isn't assembly: it's tailoring, and it demands direct study on the case.
The next step
The right strap isn't chosen. It is built, together.
From the atelier appointment to delivery, every step is made for those who know that things done well take time. Rare leathers, one piece at a time, eighteen months of warranty.
