First time I purchased a watchband online and willing to try to do the physical change myself. Fully transparency, what made me pull the trigger on purchasing the Milano-Cognac Barenia was the price included a tool. After watching a video, I felt quite confident that I could do it. I received the strap within a week of ordering. Came in a cool tin (pkg) containing the tool and the strap. Although it took me a few minutes on each side, I was successful. I then proceeded to try on my new strap with a watch I really like. Turned out great ! I wanted to get a watch strap in a color (maple) that would match my belt and AE shoes that I also purchased for my daughter's wedding....perfect match ! Can't wait to pull off the ensemble, proudly showing off my daughter and my watch with my new Milano Strap. Will purchase from Milano again.

Sturdy and comfortable. Looks like it's going to last and it looks great on my watch. Arrived in the mail in only few days. The spring bars were tough to fit at first but have held securely so far.
